FOR REVISED AND CUSTOM POLICIES

If you use PrivacyBot to create a Privacy Policy, that document is pre-approved for use with our Trustmark. It's okay to make minor changes to the Policy.

You may also substantially modify a PrivacyBot Policy or post a custom-drafted Policy with our Trustmark that meets our Eligibility Standards. PrivacyBot will soon offer an online policy review service for a fixed fee to help you comply.

Policies are reviewed solely to determine whether they comply with our Eligibility Standards. This means you should have the final document independently reviewed to ensure it meets your business and legal requirements.
